Goat Questionnaire

If you’re interested in any of the goats we have available now or in the future then please fill out this questionnaire. Please answer the questions below to the best of your ability. This is not a test and there are no wrong answers. This is simply a tool to give us the information we need to match the perfect goats for you! This also gives us all of your contact info for the registration paperwork for your goats.

Once we've received your questionnaire we will contact you to answer any further questions you may have and let you know what, if anything, we have available. Then if you wish you may reserve your new goats with a non-refundable $300 per goat deposit (or 50% of the total price for weaned or adult goats),  payable by a PayPal invoice which we will send to your email address.

*Please note that you must answer every question marked with an *. If you leave these questions blank the form will not submit. If you skip a question and attempt to submit anyway you will get an error message. If you then go back and answer the questions the program will tell you your questionnaire has been submitted but that is a glitch and the submission will not actually go through. In order to get things to work properly you will need to close the browser and start over. IF YOU DO NOT START OVER AND ANSWER EVERY QUESTION IT WILL NOT WORK, so the best thing to do is to answer all the required questions the first time.

If you don’t receive a reply from us in a day or two check your spam folder.
We usually reply within 24 hours but our replies often get filtered out or lost in cyberspace! 😩😆 If you still can't find it after checking your spam text or email us and we'll resend our reply or investigate to see what the problem is.

If all else fails and you can't get the questionnaire to work you can use the PDF version at the bottom of this page. Download it and text or email it back to us. Thank you.

Agreements to Our Terms of Sale and Policies

Anyone who wishes to purchase a Dairy Goat from us must agree to our policies and terms of sale. These will be further outlined on the PayPal Invoice which we will send you if you decide to make a reservation, but we need your agreement to the terms now, before proceeding further in the reservation process. Please be sure not to skip any of the acknowledgments below or the form will not submit and if we do not if we do not receive your completed form then we can't sell you a goat. If you do not feel that you can agree to these terms then our goats are not likely to be a good fit for your needs.
