Goat Application and Questionnaire
If you're interested in any of our goats, please complete this questionnaire. This form gives us the information to match the perfect goats for you! It also gives us all of your contact info for the registration paperwork for your goats. Please answer the questions below to the best of your ability.
Once we've received your questionnaire, we will contact you to answer any further questions you may have and let you know what we have available. Then if you wish, you may reserve your new goats with a non-refundable reservation fee, which you can pay on our website.
Occasionally people need help submitting the form. This is usually because they skipped required questions or didn't click the SUBMIT button. You must answer every question with an asterisk (*), or the form won't be uploaded to the system. If you think you submitted the form correctly, but you have yet to hear back from us in a day or two, please text us at 559-904-5193 or email us at kim@prancingponyfarm.com so we can figure out what the problem is. First, check your spam folder, as some people's email filters send the replies there. We usually reply to every submitted form within 24 hours, so we can find a record if you complete everything correctly. If we don't see your submission, we'll try to figure out the problem.
